Terms we use every day with customers.
- Private AI
- Language models or AI systems trained, fine-tuned, or hosted on customer-controlled infrastructure so data and control stay with the customer.
- Al-Dhaki (الذكي)
- A WhatsApp-style conversational automation platform tuned for Gulf Arabic and local context.
- Digital sovereignty
- Keeping data and services within a chosen legal jurisdiction or infrastructure — not an anonymous “cloud.”
- Large language model (LLM)
- A machine-learned model that predicts the next tokens in text; used for chat, summarization, extraction, and more.
- Inference
- Running a trained model to produce an answer for a given input — as opposed to training that updates weights.
